The Gro is a period property part believed to have been built in the 1600s formally The Gro Vicarage & Llanllwchaian Vicarage.
It has recently been extensively refurbished to a very high standard, and in fact they have actually reduced from 6 bedrooms to 4 to enable them to offer luxury en-suite facilities in each room. Roll top baths and flat screen televisions give a feeling of contemporary luxury in the countryside.
Room rates all start from £35 per person per night, there is no additional charge for single occupancy!
It is situated a short distance from the A483 road between Newtown and Welshpool.
